I am starting to make better choices. I realize that i have to do this for me. That that is NOT being selfish. It is just that I have to put myself first for a change. I still love to eat and still don't really like to cook, but I am making better choices now. My cholesterol and triglycerides have gone down so I must be doing something right. I still am a people pleaser, but now I make more of an effort to not throw me off track.

My Goals:
My goal is to make better choices, put myself first and finally lose this weight that has me overwhelmed and wondering "what happened and when did I lose control?"

My Program:
 -Going to the gym regularly.
- Portion control.
- Participate more in Sparkpeople
- More of an effort to exercise more.
- Drink more water.
