    Can't wait to hear about your first half marathon! You will do wonderfully and remember success of your half marathon is not how fast you cross the finish line but that you do cross the finish line and we will cross it!!

    This is a thought that I carry with me as I go....

    I will make it to the finish line....I may be slower than I wanted... I may be slower than I had ever been... but I will cross the finish line... and frankly, I don't mind being slow. I cross the same finish line as everyone else... Eventually!

    Thank you for stopping by my blog. I trained using the Jeff Galloway walk/run method for my half marathon training and it not only allowed me to finish the race, but I found as I trained I was even getting faster with my mileage after starting this plan (for the beginning I was just trying to run without walking) and when I got to 6 miles I switched over to this plan after being told about it! You can do it!!!
