    Thanks :)!!! Mostly cardio like walking and classes at the gym which I love (kickboxing is my fav) and the elliptical along with my WII and just portion control on the food, watching calories, its nice to know your own body and when I weigh myself I already know if I will lose or gain but as I shrink I know I have to work even harder to lose so I really need to add some weights or something and push myself even more. Have a great rest of the week!! emoticon

    Hi there, you're doing great, keep up the great work!!! You can definitely accomplish to get down to 130 in a healthy way in time! I went from 210 to about 139 now but I'm quite short so I want to go down to 120. I don't care if it takes me another year but I will do it!!! KEEP IT UP!!! emoticon

    I did the meal plan all last week and it wasn't so bad... I made a few small changes to it to make it fit better - but mostly just to the dinners. It is just so hard to eat as many calories as they say you need to eat!
