Hi, I just posted to your sparkpage so won't duplicate here - but do look at what you have tracked for eating - you might have not eaten enough or you might have eaten to much even though you have not been feeling well. Keeping track of all that you put in your mouth - food and drinks - well it is one of the best tools out there as it will really show you where you might make changes. 53 days ago

Hope you get over your cold - it is that time of the year - try to make sure you stay warm and get in enough sleep.
Participate as often as possible on all the groups asking for suggestions, help when you need it. Take it one day at a time.
