    Good Afternoon! Thank you so much for the comments! That is one of the many ways that this site keeps you motivated to reach your goals. There is so many amazing people here and they all want to see you succeed! It has only been about 2 weeks for me and I think I am finally figuring things out. It is a little intimidating at first but you will get used to it. I think the most helpful and useful tool Spark has given us besides the Food Tracker, is the power to hear our own voice. We are all so busy with work, kida and whatever else we have forgotten to take time for ourselves. To really listen to what our bodies are saying. Mine was pissed at me, no wonder it was rebeling against the exercise hehe. Anyways, I just wanted to say HI and welcome! You will meet alot of new people here. We are here to help.     Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.
