    Girl I have SO missed you too! It's funny that you mentioned Bensalem as we are looking up towards that area. I would love to go towards the DE boarder because for our price point I have seen more homes that check off all our "wants" but hubby is determined for the other side of Philly. I keep telling him he will be fighting the traffic coming into work at St. Chirstophers. I'm in center city so no matter where we are I will be taking the train in.

    The house has been on the market for about a month and a half. I think that because we do not have as many updates as others has kept buyers away. That and if we were just a tad closer to Mayfair it would be sold already. We are giving it until the end of July and then we will take it down and do a few things and put it back up around tax return time. I keep praying and know that everything happens on the Lords time and not mine. emoticon

    Hey Sweetie....how are you and the family? I'm back on here and really trying to stay logging in daily and blogging more. Turning 40 next December so this year is my "crunch time" no more slacking for me. LOL
