    I saw your post on the Tuesday weigh in discussion board and you sounded like you needed some encouragement. It can't be a completely bad thing to maintain your current weight. The bad alternative would be that you gained weight each of those 4 weeks rather than staying the same. Just look at this as good practice for maintaining your goal weight once you get there. And you WILL get there. Don't throw in the towel...keep doing and eating what you're supposed to and soon enough, the scale will start heading down again.
