Thanks for the workout, I've saved it and will be printing it out to take home with me!! I think its fantastic that its a 15-20 minute work out as that means I can do it at anytime at home (or work....that's where I get my cardio in on my lunch hours)

Hi there. Saw your post on a thread about loving to run... I'm in the military, and as you mentioned, being fit is a part of keeping my job so to speak. I do, however, finally enjoy running....very much. Find that I'm crabby when I don't do it. You're looking good for 70! Keep up the healthy lifestyle! Take care~ Tika
