    Hi Earlene. It's so good to hear from you! I am doing great. I am planning to add some intermittent water fasting - maybe a few days per month to reduce inflammation and give my digestive system a rest. Good luck with your DD plan! Have a great week yourself!!

    Thanks for stopping by my page! I really missed you on the ADD team when you were off line. I'm so glad you are doing well and staying within your goal weight - that is so important to all of us!!! I'm just slowly finding my way to wherever my weight ends up with eating all unrefined high nutrient density food. It's working well for me and I feel very satisfied and a lot of health problems have disappeared. I do want to get back into water fasting at some point because I think it adds a level of healing that the body just can't do when eating and digesting regularly!!

    HI Bug. Thank you so much for thinking of me!! I have been working with a high nutrient density eating plan and I really like it. Joel Fuhrman wrote a book called Eat to Live (rather than Live to eat :-). It's about consistently eating foods that are high in micronutrients (LOTS of kale, greens, mushrooms, onions, beans and berries and some seeds and nuts) and I am feeling terrific -the weight is coming off slowly which is fine for me. My husband is doing it with me which makes a HUGE difference! I know JUDDD works too but I just couldn't do well with the UDs after a while. I feel like I am really nourishing my body. He is doing a special on PBS during June if you are interested in learning more. I hope you are doing well - I miss the team - it is the BEST! emoticon emoticon emoticon
