Hello! I'm a 29 year old medical/biochemistry graduate student. I got married to the love of my life in November 2018, and I can't wait to get healthy for myself and our future. My husband is the most amazingly supportive man and he deserves a healthy wife! I love yoga, hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking, but since college I haven't made much time for activity. I've been successful with Sparkpeople in the past, and I'm looking for new Sparkbuddies- Add me!

My motivations for losing weight:
-To feel healthier and reduce pain in my joints!
-To start a family in the future
-To ride horses again!
-To feel more confident around others
-To help my career!
-To wear dresses, skirts, and cuter clothes


My Program:
I plan to keep my diet to around 1,200 calories per day.

I do yoga as often as possible and walk on the treadmill:

Mon: AM- Walk 5 Miles; PM- 7 pm RC Yoga Flow
Tues: AM- 6:45 am RC Yoga Flow, Walk 2.5 Miles; PM- Walk 2.5 Miles
Wed: AM- Walk 5 Miles; PM- 6:30 pm Outdoor (or 5:30 pm RC indoor) Yoga Flow
Thurs: AM- Walk 5 Miles; PM- 7:30 pm Outdoor (or 12 pm RC indoor power) Yoga
Fri: AM- Walk 2.5 Miles; PM- 1:15 pm RC Power Yoga, Walk 2.5 Miles
Sat: AM- 9 am Outdoor (or 11 am RC indoor) Yoga Flow
Sun: rest day
