    I started Sparks at a horrible 214# back in '07 and managed to get to 186# and I stayed there for ages. I'd do okay on the diet during the day, but get up and eat at 3 am and blow all my effort. I finally found a doctor who put me on Metformin, a weekly shot of Bydureon and acarbose with meals, and I'm down to 138# Do this for you. Find a doctor who can help. I've kept this off for over 2 yrs now and I never get up and eat at 3 am. Get help so you can stay with it.
