    Hi there! WELCOME to SparkPeople and the SPClass of January 6-12, 2008!
    (Sorry it took me SO LONG on getting to your page!!! With over 55,000 on this team alone, I have NO IDEA who I haven‘t ‘met‘ until I get a message or see a new person post to the team.)

    There's a thread on the team page called POPULAR QUESTIONS where a LOT of questions have been posed and answered. Take the time to read through it as questions you have may have been answered on there - and you may find some questions you DIDN't know you had! Use this board for Q&A only as it is something of a chore to wade through if you're looking for a specific item. (And for me to have to find the most recent question to answer! LOL) Thanks for Understanding!

    Participation can be a GREAT motivator! I encourage you to read the threads, post replies, start your own topic! Use the nutrition and fitness trackers so you can see your progress, and your blog so you can review, later, how you felt on your journey. It will also help others to see your success!

    Hey i added you as my friend. I am new to this and just setting things up. I am also a stay at home mom. I have five kids ranging in age from 7-25. I work about 15 hours a week at applebee's. I am also a emotional eater and eat when i am bored. I hope we can talk some and encourage each other. I am really excited about this web site.
