    Thanks for the advice...I took a little break because I felt like I was obsessing about it...I can see how that kind of stress got to me now that I reflect over the past few months. I am hoping that being on Spark will help. I really like the reports and the accountability piece of knowing I need to enter in my nutrition etc. and I am excited to meet people that have been through similar experiences. Thanks again!

    Thanks for the add. You've done fantastic yourself. I would recommend to stay the course...it's hard when you hit those thresholds but if you focus on what you can control, you should see success. I also wouldn't focus solely on weight loss (I know that sounds like an oxymoron) but a doctor told me that if I obsess on weight I can somehow psychologically block progress...don't ask me how all that works, but he has a PhD so I obliged :)
