Hey everyone, my name is Heather and I want to be skinny soooo bad. I have allways been a bit heavy and I have tried a few diets that either made me so hungry I was sick or I got bord of eating the same things every day. But then I was told about the Spark diet from my mother and I have loved every bit of it. I am never hungry and the I can pick from a list of meals to eat thru out my week. I also love that I can have things like cheese and peanut butter. I use to crave hambergers and cookies and candy, but now I crave good things like grapes and celery with cream cheese and allot of other things. If you stay on the Spark Plan and ignore all the cravings you will develop other ones that will be good for you. I am so glad to be here with all of you, and we will meet our goals head on. So don't give up if you gain a few pounds back, just keep at it and you too will see the fat just melt away forever.

I love the Saprk diet, it is so nice to know that can go on here and see what I need to eat and what exercise steps to do to meet my goal. Iknow i can do it.

I am from cold Utah and grew up in a large loving family of nine. Six sisters and two brothers. I have a dog named Sasha Bell and she hakes me happy. I am a loving and caring person. I work as an assistaint in an Optometrist office. I love my job and helping people see. I enjoy life and take advantage of being singel.

    Thanks for the sweet comments! You are doing great- take it week by week- that is exactly what I did. It does start out slow and its VERY hard. But I swear each week gets easier- you wont crave those foods that are bad for you and you will actually start craving healthy recipes and working out! Its a slow and gradul life style change and if you stick it out its the most rewarding thing you WILL EVER do for yourself. I did it slow and battled through a lot of plateaus but I will tell you all the frustration, tears, and sweat are sooo worth it! I cannot wait to have my baby in a few weeks and get back on a program. YOU CAN DO IT!!! This year will fly by!

    Thanks for your comment!! Basically I did it with the list I put in my blog...with the measuring and everything, I didnt follow the spark plan (your right) I never eat as many calories as they say..right now I am doing 1200 calories a day with 60 minutes of cardio a day..but you have to build up to that! Let me know what kind of program you are doing and I will help you out on the specifics!! Keep up the great work!! emoticon emoticon
