Hello, my name is Sarah. I have been a social worker for five years. I am happily married with a house full of cats and a few cockatiels. My weight has fluctuated over the past 10 years since graduating high school; I gained a lot of weight in college, lost 30 lbs just before graduating (thanks to Sparkpeople), then gained all of it back over the past 5 years.

My husband and I are ready to expand our family but I want to be living a healthy lifestyle and be at a healthy weight before we do so. For now, my goal is to lose 30 lbs. After that, I hope to lost another 5-10 eventually.

As of February, 2014, I weight 190 lbs. I'd like to weight 160 lbs by July, 2014.

Fitness Minutes: 45,045

My Goals:
*Lose 8 pounds per month
*Go to the gym five times a week.
*Minimum of 15-30 minutes of exercise per day.
*5-7 fruits/vegetables a day.
*8-10 cups of water per day.
*Use Fitbit daily and meet Fitbit goals.

My Program:
I use my fitbit daily and try to meet my fitbit goals (for steps, mileage, etc.)

I go to the gym five times a week, three days is a mix of cardio and weight lifting, two days just cardio.

I work out at home with my Wii Fit.

I am eating a mimimum of five fruits/veggies per day, drinking 8-10 cups of water, and exercising (cardio) at least 3 hours per week.

Soon, I'd like to return to Tae Kwon Do to continue working towards my second degree black belt.
