    Hi Sandie, Thanks for the note when I got a Sparkpage up and going. I've tracked everyday now for 12 days. It does help me remember to eat lunch. That was my biggest downfall, silly huh? We have been making maple syrup and have 7 1/2 gallons. It's been a cold spring so far, but I love it. It's too early to be too warm. Not good for the farm crops. I can't wait until we can see you again sometime. Love, Chris emoticon

    Try this calculator ... this one seems to be more accurate...

    I got lower and more realistic results... but to calculate the rates you need to look at the zone chart and plug in the zone you want to calculate... for instance if you want to calculate the Healthy Heart zone... put in Lower 50% and Upper 60% heart rate to get your calculations...
