- Get weight down to something healthy (I don't have a specific number in mind so I don't end up too obsessed with the scale)
- Bring my BMI into a healthy range
- Increase my strength & endurance for daily living & so I don't drop my patients!
My Program:
Jari Love's Ripped program 3x per week
Specific strengthening exercises from my physiotherapist.
Walk Away the Pounds dvds
Anything that looks fun on Spark or in magazines.
