    Thank you for your response. I do not eat sweets, drink pop or anything else that is considered 'sweet' but still sugar shows up because its in foods naturally like fruits and the lactose (tracked as sugar) in milk products. Everyone says don't eat it of course, but it seems impossible to get away from it 100% unless you give up fruits and dairy products. Is this healthy? So when they say don't eat any and I have seen some say no to fruits, well I don't agree with that. I was just curious how much you get naturally in the things you eat. When they say no more than 4 teaspoons per day per woman or whatever. How it compares, that is all.
