'You get credit for finishing, not starting.' - I Will Do This!!

10/29/13 Update:
I'm Engaged! My bf proposed on my birthday and I have been busy planning since! The date is June 28th, 2014- now I need to get my rear in gear!

I've been on SP previously and have gotten over halfway to my goal. Then I get lazy or life happens and I start to slide back again... This time I will make it to my goal weight and make this lifestyle a habit!

I was an athletic teenager, stayed in great shape until college. The usual staying out late, drinking and eating to all hours of the night combined with a very low self worth led me to my highest weight, 190. I'm 5'6" so I was in the obese body mass category, wearing size 16 jeans and XL shirts.

In February 2010, my picture was taken at an event with friends and it was evident that I had stopped caring about myself. It took seeing that picture posted on Facebook for me to finally get to a point where I couldn't live that life any longer. Since then I have gotten down to 150 through jogging and resistance workouts, but since then I have gotten back up to 170 through poor eating and no jogging after a knee injury.

My Goals:
1- to be back at a healthy weight for my height
(154 lbs or less)

2- be able to do regular pushups

3- get back to running 30+ minutes without walking

My Program:
I'm trying to stick to the plan on SP. Eat within my calorie range daily and exercise everyday, even if it's just walking.
