    Just saw your post about how to incorporate more protein in your diet which is something I struggle with too so I thought we could support each other! How is it working out for you? To me it seems like I can't find anything that is mostly protein and not mostly carbs (except meats and Greek yogurt...)
    Anyway, I did the C25K also, and it was the best thing I ever did! Now I'm training for my first half marathon in about a week! I'm sure you'll rock the program and see great results. emoticon emoticon
    Good luck on your journey! Oh and check out the Spark recipes for some good ideas for healthy alternatives, I found some good ones for Mac and Cheese and all kinds of yummy stuff! emoticon
