Introduction Text i am a lung cancer survivor of 4 years. i have used the exuse of missing that lung to not exercise. my sister just died from heart and lung disease and diabetes! she was almost 48 years old.... both my younger brothers have had stents in the past year. i figure i'm lucky and i need to get myself in gear and save my life. i love my life. it's a good one.
