One of the best things that I have found on my journey to a healther me was SP. I feel great. I am eating better than I ever have.

I am not depressed or feeling guilty anymore about the way I look. I am doing something about it & I know that I will succeed.

By commiting to SP and all it offers has changed me for the better.

To all of you wonderful women at the Lesbian Cafe, you have no idea just how much you keep me motivated and how greatful I am that I am part of you all.

Fitness Minutes: 13,861

My Goals:
Short term #1: To see 210 by March 2013.
Short Term #2: To get in 180 minutes of cardio every week.

Long term: 150 lbs by December 31st, 2013 !!

My Program:
Staying within my calorie range, staying within my calorie range, and staying within my calorie range!!
Workout with strength exercises 3x a week and 30 min of cardio 5x a week.

Basically, burn more than I consume.

Personal Information:
I started to take my weight seriously right after I turned 39. Exercise was something I have struggled with all my life and after many arguments with myself, I finally made it a habit and that I had to accept it as a part of life. I am still overweight, even after dropping 40 lbs with the Atkins diet. I am no longer doing the low carb diet, but it did help me to get rid of the bad carbs in my life. Now I am paying attention to calories & fat.

Other Information:
I know that I am shy. A wallflower of sorts but I want you all to know that I am trying to get more "out" there socially.
