Introduction Text I'm Alison. I'm here to continue to maintain weight and fitness. I love SparkPeople for the community and for the resources: I'll always be searching calorie counts, etc. I love how SparkPeople recipes separate calorie counts by ingredients, since I play around with ingredients in my cooking. I've run across so many, many fine people here, and I am addicted to the Community Feed community. This is the very best place on the internet to get healthier!

Maintenance.

I'm a Latchkey lead tutor. I really like that job, and I love our kiddoes. I love to dance, and it's a good workout for me. I also like old-school push-ups on a mat on the floor, and power-walking: that really blows the stress out. Since I got my rebounder, I've begun running, also.
