I saw your post on the Brides to Be board about getting healthy before you Summer Wedding next year. I thought maybe we could help each other out. I know you're 466 days out - I'm doing late winter/early spring next year, so I'm 333 days out.
Your plan sounds great so far. How have your workout programs/DVDs been going? I'm trying to get myself back into a workout habit, but am having some trouble. I manage to go to the gym or workout a few times a week, then I skip a whole week and then another. Each week I go without, it's harder and harder to go back. I frustrate myself so much. :(
I'm doing a weight loss game with some family members now too, and in 5 weeks I'm exactly where I started. Clearly, not tracking and not working out isn't doing me any favors. When does your weight loss competition start at work? 3260 days ago
