    Hi Rodentmama,
I saw on the how to deal with sabotage page that you are avoiding gluten/wheat. How did you come to the realisation that you should? I'm trying to decide if I need to cut things out of my diet like gluten or dairy or something to make me feel better but I'm not sure how to tell what it is that needs to be cut. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to say thanks for your post about hummus on the quick mini-meals thread! I love hummus but my problem was I would always eat with lime tortilla chips so I stopped it all together.

I had never thought to try adding heat to my hummus (fun pre-made flavors aren't avail. in my city) - today I made it with habanero Tabasco and crushed red peppers and served with red bell pepper as you suggested. Yummmm! The peppers gave me the crunch I love. So simple and so delicious!

Sorry for getitng back so late, I didn't even look at my own sparkpage for so long! It might be possible but you'd need to mash the tofu really fine with a fork and then push it through a fine mesh sieve to get a smooth creamy consistency.

They sell Magic Bullet type machines that work great, I love mine. Or you can get a blender cheap at the thrift stores sometimes.
