Introduction Text Hi, I'm Rocky and I have been fighting with myself almost all my life. I have done some extraordinary things in my life. I have had a great life. However my weight has always been a chain holding me back - and I have had several occasions where I slipped the chain however I found it - and put it back on. How stupid is that!. I will break the chain - once and for all

To get fit and healthy. To drop 38 kilos.. however each one along the way will be joy to get rid off. To feel comfortable in my own skin.

Owning what I eat - thats a biggie. If no one sees it go in my mouth then it cant have happened. Sparks tracking helps here!! Stop the endless snacking. Walking, cycling - daily 60 minutes. No alcohol . Small changes but good ones

Live in Napier New Zealand - Art Deco Capital of the world. Very support Man, Beautiful son and daughter - Son currently living elsewhere. Dog - German Shepherd Guinea Pigs x 3 - House not made of straw. Fish - MANY. I am a software tester and business analyst. My man and I built our last two homes - and I mean BUILT.

I have cycled half way around the world. I have cycled the highest road in the world. It is within me to do anything. This I must do. My genetics are a timebomb waiting to happen, edema, heart attacks, hyper tension, diabetes, strokes. These are all the legacies of my parents. Edema has started - I have a new journey I must travel and this one is really important Goal 1 = 13 kilos - that will put my at 100 kilos - around 01/07 - Done 23/07 - so a bit late - but had some issues along the way Goal 2 = 10 kilos - that will put me at 90 kilos - around 25/09 Goal 3 = 9 Kilos That will put me at 81 kilos - around the 12/11 Goal 4 = 8 kilos That will put me at 73 kilos - 12/01/14 Goal 5 = 7 Kilos and that will put me around 66 kilos 25/03/2014
