Rocco's Grammie needs to get skinny!!


Here I go again...I am so overweight, I really want to be healthy. I know how to get slim, but my willpower isn't what it use to be. I just am so disgusted with my body inside and out. I really need to do something to become healthy. I look back to when I did SP before, how I lost the weight, was working out, riding my bike...a big difference than what I am now.

My Goals:
As I get closer to my goal weight for each 10 pounds instead of reward myself with food...
10 lbs- Fresh Cut Flowers
20 lbs-New Handbag
30 lbs.-New Outfit
40 lbs-New Perfume
50 lbs-NEW Fitbit Charge (from Hubby)!

My Program:
 I want to watch my calorie intake and my fat intake and exercise


Personal Information:
I live in East Tennessee...Go Vols!!My husband and I have one daughter, two Chihuahua's, a lab and two cats. My one Chihuahua thinks as well as do I, he is a little boy.

Other Information:
 Love to camp, UT football and FALL my favorite time of the year!! Unless I am at the beach....
