Fighting the fat for the glory of God! I want to be a modest, healthy, grown up woman that sets an example of disciplined living for those God wants me to minister to!

Fitness Minutes: 801

My Goals:
My Long term Goals and Rewards: no specific time frame

Health: Lower risk of diabetes, heart disease, and various cancers including breast and ovarian cancer. Decrease Knee pain. Lose 155lbs.

Pregnancy: increase chances of getting pregnant and be way cute as a preggo woman! (I have polycystic ovarian syndrome)

Activity: Be able to bike and hike with my family. I want my hubby to be able to carry me. I want to race my daughter when she is 10 years old and wicked fast! Be able to ride on roller coasters again!

Clothes: Be able to find cute clothes at thrift stores. Wear a sundress. Get down to a size 10/12

Weight: lose 100 pounds in 2012!

My Program:
Eating: 1500 calories/day.

-I'm a grazer. I graze. So I am keeping fruits and veggies on hand to graze on and figuring out how I can keep my calories and nutrition right while grazing. It just works best for me. I don't feel hungry, drink more water, and am eating more fruits and veggie than ever before!

-6+ fruit/veggies/day

-balanced portions of carbs/protiens

Activity: right now my goal is to lead a more active lifestyle overall. I am working out with a friend 2 days a week.

-Play at least an hour outside with my children (in good weather)

-Stay off the computer when the girls are up

-complete tasks before starting new ones.

It was great! I actually beat my time. My projected/estimated time was 1hr 45min and I finished 1hr 22min. HUGE accomplishment for me!! I've already got another one in my sights! On April 7th. This one is a 5k :) It's for Autism (my 8yr old has Asperger's, a high functioning form of Autism). Getting a team together and taking donations. I can't wait! How are you doing?

Thanks! That's what I need to start remembering. It's about finishing, not when I finish or how many finish before me.

Hi! I just saw you joined the Stress Busting Challenge. I'm Heather. We have a lot in common! I have 2 girls and regained everything with my youngest. Consistency is my biggest issue. I used to be a total flake and I'm still scatterbrained sometimes. I got my thyroid checked, though, and it was off and I finally got my meds right and it seems to have helped, plus I'm taking Vitamin B12 daily which also helps your metabolism and energy level. I don't know if you've ever had your thyroid checked but it could be worth a shot. It messes with your body more than we realize! I've gotten my house and my life a lot more decluttered and organized and it's not only helped my stress level and my weight but it seems to have an effect on my 8 yr old who I've had a lot of trouble with, too.

If you want a buddy to help you be accountable on here, I can help. Look forward to talking to you!
