    Don't despair of reaching your target BMI. Keep in mind that it is a range, not a fixed number. I'd hate to think what I'd look like if I ever hit the bottom number for my range--it's under 130 lb. I'd look like a rake if I ever lost enough weight to be there. You'll be fine somewhere in the BMI range for your height and age, promise : )

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. A lot is probably a understatement....lol. Went from 3-5 32oz Mt Dews a day, to last week cutting down to 1 a day. Monday I'm going to go to every other day and next week every two days. I tried stopping cold turkey and it just didn't work, the headaches where horrid. I talked to my doctor and because my soda addiction is so bad this is the plan we came up with. :)
