Hi I noticed you stated you were a caregiver to your husband. I know how hard it is to work (yourself) into that schedule. I am a personal caregiver to a eighty-seven year old family friend. Also, my maternal grandfather is 78 and completely blind so I have to help with him. My paternal grandmother is 98 so also try to help with her. Sometimes, I just feel really overwhelmed! Good luck and God bless! 3338 days ago

Rhale, may I welcome you to the Gluten free team and suggest a book of support that is kind of tailored to someone with tiredness in the signs. Written by James Wilson and recommended by my endocrinologist. Worth every penny in the purchase price! It explains medical care and how to pull that energy back into you. Thanks for stopping by my sparkpage and leaving a comment. I hope you had a great weekend!
As for your role as a caregiver, it probably comes naturally to help those you see in need. It probably comes naturally for you to recognize when someone is in need of help or will shortly need it and lend a hand since you're there. This is something I do sometimes, but other times, I can't tell if someone needs help, or they are being independent/would get offended if I try to help. With that said, I will work on being more aware of people around me so I can be one of the hand-lenders, too. Paying it forward....? In case I need a hand one day too... Yep yep! 3450 days ago
