Introduction Text I am a 75 year old retired hospital chaplain. I have managed to lose 45 pounds this past year but need to lose another 45-50 pounds. I now live in Hudson Mich. with my wife. been together 18 years and legally married in Iowa almos 2 years. ( better late than never.!!) anyone live near here or just want to visit give a shout. Peace

Goal is to be at175 pounds at about this time next year.

am doing some strength exercises and decreasing the portions of foods

I am 70 year old and a retired Chaplain from Methodist Hospital in Indiana. Have two beautiful adult children ( women) and two grandchildren a 9 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. I have a partner, Barb and we have been together for 10 years. We have a dog, Dore- about 5 years old and a cat Mokie- 16 years old.

I read mystery novels, sometimes fantasy and science fiction. I have a counseling practice, do hypnosis and some comlimentary therpy ( Pilgrimage process, theraputic touch, visualization, etc.
