My Goals:
Lifestyle change!


My Program:
 1. Exercise daily 7 days per week.

2. Drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily.

3. Track food daily and take a daily multivitamin.

4. 250 steps per hour in a daily routine of 8 active hours.

5. Sleep 6-8 hours per night.

6. Use my Fit Bit HR every day!









Personal Information:
Married to a wonderful husband, have 4 pets, 2 cats and 2 dogs. Live in the Seattle area and love it very much!






Other Information:
 I love Leslie Sansone dvds and working out at the local YMCA.
