    Hi Red. See we've had the same issues. Once I made my mind up to permanently change my behavior I've had years of slow and deliberate weight loss. We've got this 💪. I eat normally and what I like. If I go over it's okay tomorrow is a new day 😊👍

    The recommended macros didn't seem right to me at first but I thought what the heck and tried it. I've lost 37.5lbs in 22 weeks... it works and I'm not hungry and don't binge... good luck
