    Hi Rebecca,
    just looked at your pics and seen that you have a streak going on -- is that streak still going. To be honest with you that is a huge factor of achieving your goals.

    Hi Rebecca,
    try and stick with lots of vegetables to fill you up. When making your dinner plate be sure to use half the plate for veggies, a quarter of the plate for protein and a quarter for whole grains or whole wheat bread or some other carbohydrate. When preparing my meals, I always drink 2 cups during that time and then I drink 2 cups of water with dinner. This fills me up and also gives me a whole meal by placing my foods as I mentioned.

    If you are still feeling hungry, then I would eat a bit more protein (no fat) especially if the protein is chicken breast (no skin) it is filling and very high in protein. Hope this helps hon.
