My Program:
Organic, plant based diet and very minimally processed food. I love eating food that is in season and found from local area especially from our gardens. I do NOT eat meat or dairy products.

I enjoy walking, bicycling, yoga, dancing, meditation, and take time for free weights, and bowflex workouts.



Personal Information:
I am from the United States. I am an artist born in Colorado (3rd generation) For twenty-five years i enjoyed traveling the world, including three around the globe adventures, three transatlantic sailboat journeys, ten years of sailboat living and cruising in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. I acquired my pilot license after almost 4 years as a stewardess. I have always been blessed with lots of good fortune.
