HI, you can call me GC, it's nice to meet you, lol!
In January I became very fed up with the way that I looked so I went on the South Beach diet (my second atempt on the diet). This was very hard since I was still at school and eating 3 meals at the school dinning hall. I was alittle lost about what I could eat at the dinning hall so at first I didn't really eat a whole lot, which was hard for me and often put me in a bad mood.
After many months of weight fluctuations, and after doing a 7week senior project about health and nutrition, I am finally able to look at a change in my eating habits as a change in lifestyle instead of just a diet. I've read so much, and I've finally gotten it through my head that I don't actually want to get diabetes when I'm older. I have PCOS, and my Dr. gave me medication to combat it while suggesting that I stay active and eat a lower carb diet to combat this. I'm really hoping that this will help me, because I would like to be able to stop taking my meds.

My Program:
For my 3 months at home I'm working on doing the South Beach diet

SW - 155 (highest ever..)
GW - 120-130 (I have to see what I feel healthiest at/what I look best at/ what is actually possible b/c I have a fairly dense bone/muscle structure so getting that low might not be realistic for me)

144 - Buy 1 new shirt
139 - Get ears pierced
134 - Buy pair of stevemaddens
130 - Buy 2 new jeans
