After an awesome birthday/Thanksgiving weekend (which is saying something as I've been averse to holidays for some time now), I have decided to try this again (to the point where I've reset my Spark stats and goals).......

Will be looking for a 50 lb. loss this time (to allow for age)- and will redouble my efforts to deal with stress/mindless eating........

May we all reach our goals - and keep Sparkin!!

A better body and overall health - and a neater appearance in suits would be a good thing, too (as much as I HATE suits) :)

 No formal plan for now, but a basic cleanup of bad habits and refocusing on stress and emotional eating issues.....
