My Goals:
My goal is to ultimately be pleased with my appearance, and to live a confident, healthy, and prosperous life.

My Program:
 I am commited to a 1000-1100 calorie intake, with low fat.

I strive for at least 30 fitness minutes a day.


Personal Information:
I am a 35 year old mother of 5 beautiful children (17, 16, 14, 10 & 8). I've been in a relationship with my husband for 20 years, and married for 14 years.

I am a residential manager of a DDA agency in Maryland, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Although it can be challenging at times, my job is very rewarding.
