    Thanks Rachel! You know that if you need to up your caloric intake because you are exercising more, you can go to your fitness page, and to the settings and change how many calories you burn each week. That should adjust the number of calories you need to be taking in. I also noticed that if you change your weight loss goals (update beginning and end weight and time to achieve) that changes your caloric intake too. Then you don't have to feel bad about eating too much!

    Yay! Those days with a lot of points make me happy. :)
    I totally know what you mean about eating to catch up! I was fine for like three months this summer, but now I struggle with that like every three days. Ugh!! I don't know what's going on. Basically I have to remove every morsel of junk food from my apartment, otherwise I'm tempted to snack all evening. Today I've done OK though. Just hoping I can hold out long enough to make it a habit again. It's so hard with most of my meals coming from the cafeteria...much easier when I was cooking for myself.
