In spite of long hours, and constantly being on the go at work, it is possible to transition into a healthier lifestyle. I think it just takes a little bit more creativity and pre-planning.

    Just wanted to stop by your page and say hey! Glad you joined Retail Warriors. I started the team because those of us who work in the retail world have unique challenges about losing weight. It's so strange to have a job where you're on your feet and running around all day but it doesn't contribute to a healthy lifestyle! Then I found Sparkpeople and started the Retail team, and they have been a great support! I still have a ways to go, but with the team and Spark I know we can get it together! Looking forward to getting to know you better on the team. Take care, and good luck with your goals! Oh, and I LOVE your engagement ring! Gorgeous!!
