Introduction Text Hmm what happens when you mix a new high stress job and an obsessive weight loss plan? Pure disaster :) so i gained it all back, so i'm right back where i was 2 years ago, so i'm gonna have to start from scratch. At least this time, i'm smarter, i think i'm wiser, i have an ever larger support group (that i plan to use), and i am officially ready.. I'd ask ya to wish me luck, but lets be honest, luck doesnt detreremine the successful, God does, so keep me in your prayers.. and lets do it!!

My fist goal is to get below 300.0 Get to 299!! After that, I hope to continue on to loose another 100. I want to stop revolving my life around food, emotionally, socially and physically.

I started in April 05. In December between full time work, and full time school with finals, I "relapsed". Since then I understood, that I needed more help, and as much as I wanted to be able to do this on my own I now understand the importance of resources. So I got a personal trainer from 24 hour fitness, he was the one that told me about this site. Between sparks and my trainer, i AM doing it this time.
