I am a 57-year-old, a fitness enthusiast from Greensboro, NC.

It's all about staying on track. I have come so far, so much so I can't wrap my head around it. It's a blessing from the Almighty God. I am braver now, stronger now, more determined in my life. Being physically fit and able helps me manage my depression and anxiety.

Over three years, I've been able to lose over 60 pounds. Today, I am a certified personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. Life is exciting and fulfilling. I am living passionately.

I am just like you. There are times I am not satisfied. Right now I'm trying to keep myself on track. I know I can continue this path

My Goals:
1. Remain active.

2. Stay in the present. (Very had for a woman who suffers depression!)

3. Listen to the God-Spirit inside me.

4. Enjoy resting. It's good for me!

My Program:
-- 4 -5 days of physical activity.

-- Consume less sugar and bread, eat more fibrous foods .. beans, fruit, veggies.

-- Water, water, water.

-- Coffee is good so long as it's not eight cups a day!

-- Become knowledgeable about my personal wellness and stress management.

-- Take time to rest and renew.
