Faith in myself, Love of family, Hope for the future
I am putting my goals here where they are seen every time I come to my page.
1. No snacking after dinner
2. track everything eaten, no exception.
3. exercise plan: 11,000 steps every day,
4. Stay within calorie range
5. bedtime at 11 PM
6. 4 servings of veggies a day

keep diabetes under control
to continue to have good cholesterol, A1C, and blood pressure numbers.
My Program:
have blood sugars where my doctor wants them after meals
focus on blood sugars vs weight loss
low carb intake
Personal Information:
I am a military brat who has traveled and lived in Europe three different times in my life. I was a special ed teacher who taught children with autism for the nine years. I am now retired. I watch my grandchildren after school.
Other Information:
I live in Georgia. This is the longest I have ever lived anywhere. We have been here for 20 years now.
I like to crochet, read and do word search puzzles.
I have three children, all married, and have 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
