Hi! My name is Mary and I am 47 years old. My husband and I have four children, ages 16, 14, 13, and 11.

I have been overweight for most of my life. Currently I am 213 pounds. I would like to lose 75 to 100 pounds....can't make up my mind for sure. I would like to lose 50 pounds by this June. We are going to travel home and I really want to look good. I am tired of being tired and achy all the time. I feel like I have wasted many years trapped in this big body.

I enjoy crafts, reading, and sewing. We homeschool, so I don't get a lot of time to myself. That is something I need to work on this year, too.

My Goals:
My beginning goals are to drink at least 8 cups of water a day, eat more fruits and veggies, exercise four days a week at least and lose 50 lbs by June 2012. My bigger goals in addition to those are to lose 75 - 100 lbs by December 2012.


My Program:
I am walking four days a week, drinking 8+ cups of water a day and writing down everything that goes in my mouth. I am trying to keep my calories between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.



Personal Information:
I am a sinner, saved by the Grace of God. He loved me before I knew Him. I am so thankful for Jesus Christ!!.


Other Information:
My favorite movies are Napoleon Dynamite, Elf. I also love Pride and Prejudice and Anne of Green Gables. I guess I would be a kooky romantic :)
