Hey, thanks for the advice. This one is a surgeon, I was recommended to just go straight to one. I've tried the injections (total of 3 or 4 since May 2012 like every three months) but they only last a couple of days if that. I've done oral steroids, naproxen, aspirin, everything in the book. Cold compresses, yoga, stretching. Nothing is helping and the pain is getting worse in increments. Now, when I try to exercise at the gym, I've got severe pain in my feet that has developed in the last 3 weeks so I'm not going much now. I'm barely able to tolerate standing at work. I don't have many chances to sit bc I have to move back and forth so much. So frustrating! 2962 days ago

Amber, Thanks for commenting on my blog! How much coconut oil do you put in your smoothies? Does it change the tasted much? I also have a problem getting my calcium and protein in on some days. I've started to add a 1/2 serving of whey protein powder but that's not that much. Any suggestions on how to balance my smoothies more? Thanks! 3253 days ago

Hey - no, another job wouldn't be an option for me. I'm responsible for a lot of stuff nobody else would really know how or have the responsibilty to do. Which - I believe if I can keep myself busy - which will be hard since it's winter now (so I'm going to keep a book on hand) I won't focus on the food. I did go for about 2 years resisting it, I can do it again. I've been offered jobs (like for what I went to school for) but they were farther off, at a less pay (some far less) and no insurance and it wasn't worth it. But I'll make it work somehow, some way! :) 3465 days ago
