Diet Smart not Hard
I have been on so many diets over the years and always the aim was to lose fast, this time I want to do it slowly.
Every fast diet I have been on saw me pile the pounds back on quicker than I lost them.
Now I plan to walk my dogs every day and I mean WALK them not just sit on a bench while they run around and play.
I looked at the suggested goals, one is run 5k.. my goal is just to be able to RUN!
Here's to a healthy, new lifestyle.
