    Congratulations on your new commitment. Thanks for adding me as a friend.

    I think a made up mind is the biggest factor in successful weight loss.
    The first step of commitment is the hardest, but after that it can be easy.

    I hope you like vegetables because if you do it can make this journey much easier. lol Plan for maintenance now and as you go, so when you reach your goal you won't have any surprises. This is a new lifestyle and eating process so learn to love the good food and new habits that are helping you get thin.

    I was reading a blog from a spark friend and saw this

    You have no idea how much this just helped me today. I was feeling pretty depressed about some things and was wondering how come it just wasn't going away. It's cuz I'm not eating it away and I actually just felt better for seeing those words and hitting a "ohhh!" moment where it made sense to me. This probably doesn't make sense but in my head it does lol

    Anyway thank you for I'm not sure exactly.. I guess saying that and helping me understand what is going on in my head.
