I have been working on my first 10% loss --- and I'm almost there!!!
***Goal Reached on 8/22***

Next goal is 20lbs by Thanksgiving
SW = 326 on 9/1
GW = 306 by 11/27

I didn't reach this goal until 12/1 --- but thats ok --- I still did it!!!

BMI update!!!
I started at 59.4 & after 6 months I have dropped to 48.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Program:
I just joined the "Y" --- and have been having a lot of fun learning how to use the machines & taking Water Aerobics classes --- they are so much fun & its amazing how much more your body is capable of doing while in the water --- no way could I do most of those exercises if I was standing on dry ground!!! And --- I never thought I could actually sweat while standing in a big pool of water --- but wow!!!

I have really been slacking for the last few months & have made a million excuses!!! I am not sure why I let this happen --- but it has to STOP!!! I'm starting over AGAIN!!! I have to lose the 10 pounds I gained back & get to work on reaching my goals again!!!
Personal Information:
I live in N.E. Wisconsin --- I am happily married (to a skinny guy) --- and I have 3 daughters & 1 1/2 grandchildren!!!
Other Information:
I just want there to be less of me so I can give more of me!!!
