Introduction Text I'm the 26 year old mother of two, I've been living a healthier lifestyle for almost 3 years. I'm still a bit over weight but I am forever a work in progess. I've learned to help eliminate all possible stressors and endure and thrive and ENJOY the person that I am and the people that I surround myself with. I find my peace in exercising outside and enjoying nature. I realized that every winter I always come back to the spark webpage and pay closer attention to the emails; The knowledge that Spark passes on always inspires me to be proactive and a little better at being reactive. And always reminds me that EVERY little bit DOES count.

I would like to be able to do a marathon. I think first I will keep training for a 5k tho ;)
