I started a new program. I wasn't as serious with my program and health eating habits. As of 1/24/11 I 'm making a commitment to myself to workout 6 days a week,I started back running on the Treadmill -(1/24 and a new program ) CHARLENE EXTREME !!!YEAH BABY...
I am also doing the Couch to 5K.

My name is Michelle and I live in Bayarea. I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. I have two sons (23 and 18yrs.)

As o January 2011 , I have acouple of goals I want to achieve..

1. Started running again on the Treadmill (1/24/11)

Know I need to do this, I have the tool and the motivation, just do it, NO EXCUSES!!!

I will workout on my trampoline 3 a week 45 minutes
I have been taking a Spinning Class at 24 hr. fitness at twice a week.
I will not eat pass 8:00 pm, if I get hungry I will either drink more water or make myself a protein shake.

I will do this One Day at a time. Since, I have gain probably 40 lbs. in the lat 5 years after going cold turkey and stop smoking the pounds just creep up over the years. I remember one day when I was much small. I was in the mirror I wish I was bigger at that time; I was probably a size 4. I look back at picture of myself with my boys and I cannot believe I let myself get so big, since I am bigger than my body frame 5"4" I have lower back pains and other health issue. And people who remembered me back then can�t believe I have gotten so big, I look like a different person. So, I really don't excuse any excuses not to workout my youngest son is 17years and will be graduating from High School in June 2009. So, right now it�s all about me. I need to stop picking up junk food. So today I am fasting for a week to clean out my system. I will be drinking protein shakes and almost a galloon of water everyday.

I know with the help of my entire spark people friend I can accomplish my goals.

I also love to crochet,but I also knit. I have made ponchos with matching hats and baby blanket. I am also a computer nerd (mostly shopping online). year ago, I did not enjoy working out,now I have to do something everyday,but I know my body has gotten use to the aerobic exercise,so I need to shock it back into shape by starting the run/walk program from So wish me luck and when I lose that twenty pounds, I will be hot in my bikini.
